CGIAR Strategy and Results Framework (SRF) Action Plan Online Review and Consultations

Invitation from the CGIAR to provide feedback on the draft Strategy and Results Framework (SRF) Action Plan:

 

In November 2012 the Funders Forum will consider the Strategy and Results Framework (SRF) Action Plan which addresses omissions from the February 2011 version of the SRF. This SRF Action Plan is going to strongly influence the CGIAR Performance Management System and the consideration of foresight within the CGIAR. It will therefore both influence the current and future direction of research within the CGIAR. As it will be a key CGIAR document we want stakeholders to be able to provide feedback on the document during the drafting process.

 

Phase 1: E-Feedback The draft SRF Action Plan will be ready for consultations on the 31st August. We will make this available to those who have registered though this form. This form is open now and will continue to be open through September 30th. Those who have registered will be provided with the Draft SRF Action Plan for comment on the 3rd September 2012 (if all goes to plan). From the 3rd until the 9th September 2012 participants will be able to submit comments freely on any aspect of the SRF Action Plan. This process of seeking feedback will be termed E-Feedback.

 

Phase 2: E-Consult The comments will then be collated and the key areas of discussion will be identified for further discussion which will be termed E-Consult. A facilitated consultation will then take place on these issues from the 24-30th September 2012. The conclusions from E-Consult will be provided to the SRF Working Group of CGIAR Science Leaders for consideration in the final version of the SRF Action Plan which will be submitted to the Funders Forum for their approval.
