GFAR Governance Review

The Global Forum on Agricultural Research is constantly striving to improve its governance, transparency, efficiency, inclusiveness and ensure effective representation and participation in the Forum’s work. This involves all those active in the prioritization, generation, access and use of agricultural knowledge and innovation. To optimize these processes, the GFAR Steering Committee recently commissioned an external review of GFAR’s governance systems, undertaken by the Mannet consultancy.
This review report is now available via your region's or sector’s representative in the GFAR Steering Committee or upon request from the GFAR Secretariat. The GFAR Secretariat will be collating comments and suggestions received to compile a collective response from all Fora and sectors, for the GFAR Steering Committee to discuss and approve.
