CORAF/WECARD electronic debate on the strengthening of national agricultural research systems during a post-armed conflict period

Considering the devastating effect of armed conflicts on the agricultural research for development in about 9 out of 22 member countries in the West and Central Africa sub-region, CORAF/WECARD plans to lauch an electronic debate on the strengthening of national agricultural research systems during a post-armed conflict period. The objective of the conference are described in the attached files (French and English).

We are seeking participants who may wish to participate in the debate. Please circulate this announcement to colleagues and friends - agricultural and life scientists, social scientists, including economists and specialists from relevant fields of human endeavour.
