The Terms of Reference (TORs) for this consultancy relate to the installation of the most appropriate information and communication system at the FARA Secretariat capable of creating a network with the SROs and NARS partners linked to the project.

The objective of the assignment is to provide technical advice to the FARA and SRO Secretariat on how to install the most effective and efficient information and communication system enabling quality and high-speed information and communication exchange between FARA, the SROs and its key NARS partners.

The service to be provided by the Consultant will cover assessment and analysis of the communication system at the FARA and SROs Secretariat as well as the 38 NARS countries involved in the AfDB funded RAILS and DONATA projects.
